Your Elite Points earned will be based on your tier, travel destination and Cabin class. For example, if you are a Silver member and you travel to Singapore (Zone 1) on Economy class, you will earn 1 Tier Elite Point.

- What is Enrich with Firefly?
- Enrich is the award-winning Travel & Lifestyle Loyalty Programme of Malaysia Airlines and its subsidiaries, including Firefly. It consists of four tiers blue, silver, gold and platinum. Via Firefly, anybody who purchases or upgrades their journey to Plus, Extra and Flex is eligible to earn points.
- How do I book a flight with the fare brand eligible for Enrich Points?
- When you are searching for or booking a flight, you will clearly see which types of fares that are eligible to earn Enrich Points - Plus, Extra and Flex.
- Do I earn points for any fare brand purchase?
- You will earn points for the fare brand eligible from Plus, Extra and Flex. The number of Enrich Points earned will be based on the member’s tier and the amount spent on the ticket.
- Why are the points I earn based on the fare brand purchased?
- We acknowledge that every traveller has their travel preferences and needs, thus adding more value and deserve better perks. So, when we calculate the points you earn based on your tiers and ticket fare, we also consider the type of fare you choose during the booking.
- Is the fare brands available for any type of aircraft?
- Yes, you may earn points for Plus, Extra and Flex for both ATR and Jets.
- May I redeem a ticket with Firefly using Enrich points?

- Member will earn Enrich Points on Fare Based Accrual (FBA) when travelling on Firefly pure flights and Firefly* marketed/Malaysia Airlines operated (FY*/MH) and MH* Marketed/FY operated (MH4000/MH5000 flight series only).
- When will the new policy begin?
- The new policy and accrual will begin effective 1st July 2022.
