KIOSK CHECK IN

Kiosk check-in is now available for code share passenger as well. Passenger only needs to enter Malaysia Airlines or Firefly confirmation reference to be able to proceed with kiosk check-in.

Passenger holding a Firefly Itinerary please press "Firefly Confirmation" while code share passenger holding a MAS itinerary to press "Malaysia Airlines Confirmation". "Scan QR Code" is only available for Firefly mobile check-in.

Key in your respective confirmation reference

Select the flight to check-in

Passenger will be able to check-in or reprint their boarding pass.

Select the passenger to check-in

Please check and update (if necessary) the respective travel document and date of birth.

Message will be prompted once travel document has been successfully updated.
Please read and press "I Agree, Next" to proceed with check-in

Please read and press "I Agree, Print Boarding Pass"

Boarding pass will be printed once successfully checked-in.
